2000 Post St. San Francisco
November 16, 2015
This Lower Pacific Heights apartment complex is set in the heart of San Francisco. Its existing wood exterior gave more of a rustic cottage feel. While nice, the owners wanted to give a face-lift that would speak to the new modern SF culture. And we excel in face-lifts! For modern and sleek, we'll be installing the JamesHardie Reveal Panel System. First, here's some before pictures:
Skip forward a bit to the during photos, and now we have scaffolds up, old exterior removed, and JamesHardie Building Wrap set to go. The JamesHardie Building Wrap will create a weather resistant barrier (w.r.b.) between the siding and the structure itself. For the windows, FortiFlash will be used to keep them sealed from water intrusion.
2000 Post Street was completed in May, 2016. New windows and awnings were also installed. The 40,000 square feet of brand new facade gave this apartment complex a more elegant and polished appearance for the rest of the Post Street community.
